Helping people to improve, thrive, and make a positive impact on humanity is my passion.

Hi there!

I'm Reinhardt Jobse, and I’m here to inspire and empower
people to improve the quality of their efforts through coaching, training, and
connecting them with helpful solutions they need so they can realise their
ambitions and thrive!

Life is a wonderful gift, but it is also a challenging
journey that requires us to learn and grow continuously.

I know how challenging life can be. I've been around the
block and still doing it. At one time I owned a coffee shop. But then I lost
everything. I burned out, closed the coffee shop, went bankrupt, my
relationships fell apart, and I was left with nothing but debt and despair.

But then, after a lonely journey of almost a decade I found
something that changed my life: fulfilment coaching.

Coaching is about more than just helping you change your
habits so you can transform your results and reach your goals. It’s about
helping you live a joyful, meaningful, and fulfilled life where you can realise
your ambitions and thrive.

And that's what I want to help you do.

I want to help you achieve your goals without burning
yourself out. I want to help you overcome your fears and challenges. I want to
help you create a positive impact in the world. I want to help you improve the
quality of your efforts so you can realise your ambitions and thrive.

That's why I became a fulfilment coach. I have almost two
decades of experience in the hospitality industry and now as an accredited coach
I am helping determined people like you live fulfilled lives, make meaningful
connections, build exceptional relationships, develop, and grow.

And I believe that you have what it takes to do that.

So let me ask you this:

• Are you ready to take your business or career - your life - to the next level?

• Are you ready to connect with amazing people who can help you grow?

• Are you ready to create a better future for yourself and those around you?

If you answered yes to any of these questions, then I want
to work with you.

Let's have a coffee and see how we can collaborate to make
your dreams a reality.

Let’s connect and make big things happen together!

The Fulfilment Coach's Secrets to Balancing Work and Life as an Entrepreneur

Chess King

Are you an entrepreneur who feels stressed and overwhelmed by the demands of your business and your personal life?

Do you struggle to find time for yourself and your loved ones?

Do you wish you could achieve more balance and harmony in your life?

If you answered yes to any of these questions, you're not alone. Many entrepreneurs face the same challenges and dilemmas. Running a business is not easy, and it can take a toll on your physical, mental, and emotional well-being.

But don't worry, there's hope. You can learn to balance your personal and professional lives and avoid stress and overwhelm. You can create a fulfilling and successful business without sacrificing your happiness and health.

How? By following these best practices that I'm going to share with you in this blog post. These are the same practices that I use as a fulfilment coach to help entrepreneurs like you achieve more fulfilment and joy in their work and life.

Ready? Let's dive in!

1. Set clear and realistic goals.

One of the first steps to achieving balance in your life is to set clear and realistic goals for your business and your personal life. Goals help you focus on what matters most to you and what you want to achieve. They also help you measure your progress and celebrate your wins.

But be careful not to set too many or too ambitious goals that can overwhelm you or make you feel inadequate. Instead, set SMART goals that are Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Relevant and Time-bound. For example, instead of saying "I want to grow my business", say "I want to increase my revenue by 10% in the next quarter".

Also, make sure that your goals are aligned with your values and purpose. Don't set goals that are based on external expectations or pressures, but on what truly matters to you and what makes you happy.

2. Cultivate a positive mindset.

Another key practice to balance your personal and professional lives is to cultivate a positive mindset. Your mindset is the way you think about yourself, your situation, and your future. It can either empower you or limit you.

A positive mindset is one that believes in your potential, sees challenges as opportunities, focuses on solutions rather than problems, embraces change rather than resisting it, and expresses gratitude rather than complaining.

A positive mindset helps you overcome obstacles, cope with stress, boost your confidence, attract positive outcomes, and enjoy your journey.

To cultivate a positive mindset, you can use techniques such as affirmations, visualisation, meditation, journaling, or reading inspirational books or quotes.

3. Establish boundaries.

A third practice to balance your personal and professional lives is to establish boundaries. Boundaries are the rules or limits that you set for yourself and others regarding how you want to be treated, what you're willing to do or not do, and when you're available or not available.

Boundaries help you protect your time, energy and well-being from distractions, interruptions or demands that can stress you out or overwhelm you. They also help you respect yourself and others, communicate clearly and assertively, and avoid conflicts or misunderstandings.

Some examples of boundaries that you can set as an entrepreneur are:

- Saying no to requests or opportunities that don't align with your goals or values

- Limiting the number of hours that you work per day or week

- Turning off notifications or setting do-not-disturb mode on your phone or computer during certain hours

- Asking clients or customers to respect your working hours and policies

- Scheduling regular breaks throughout the day

- Taking time off from work on weekends or holidays

- Asking for help or support when you need it

4. Practise self-care

A fourth practice to balance your personal and professional lives is to practise self-care. Self-care is the act of taking care of yourself physically, mentally, and emotionally. It's not selfish or indulgent; it's essential for your health and happiness.

Self-care helps you recharge your batteries, reduce stress, boost your mood, improve your performance, prevent burnout, enhance your relationships, and increase your self-esteem.

Some examples of self-care activities that you can do as an entrepreneur are:

- Eating healthy foods

- Drinking enough water

- Getting enough sleep

- Exercising regularly

- Meditating or doing yoga

- Reading a book or listening to a podcast

- Taking a bath or getting a massage

- Journaling or expressing gratitude

- Learning something new or developing a skill

- Having fun or laughing

5. Seek balance, not perfection

A fifth and final practice to balance your personal and professional lives is to seek balance, not perfection. Balance is not a fixed or static state; it's a dynamic and flexible process. It's not about having equal or perfect amounts of time, energy or attention for everything; it's about finding what works best for you and your situation.

Balance is not a one-size-fits-all solution; it's a personal and unique journey. It's not something that you achieve once and for all; it's something that you constantly adjust and adapt to changing circumstances and needs.

So don't be too hard on yourself or expect too much from yourself. Don't compare yourself to others or follow their standards. Don't feel guilty or ashamed if you can't do everything or please everyone. Don't let perfectionism or fear of failure stop you from trying new things or taking risks.

Instead, be kind and compassionate to yourself and others. Be realistic and flexible with your goals and plans. Be open and curious about new possibilities and opportunities. Be courageous and confident in your abilities and decisions.

Remember, balance is not a destination; it's a journey. And you're not alone on this journey; you have me as your fulfilment coach to guide you, support you, and cheer you on.
